Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Please contact us in advance.

Do you offer breakfast or dining services?

While we do not have an on-site restaurant, we are within walking distance of top restaurants and cafes in Windsor. We also offer chargeback options from selected local restaurants.

Is parking available on-site?

Yes, free on-site parking is available for all guests, including space for boats and trailers.

Can I store my luggage if I arrive early or have a late departure?

Yes, we offer luggage storage for early arrivals and late departures at no additional cost.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Group bookings must be cancelled one month in advance; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.

We had a terrific room and it overlooked the river and we could see the speedboat racing. It was quite comfortable sitting on the Veranda looking out at the Boat. and it was just a short walk to the main street which was quite good. There’s lots of shops that are quite interesting if you’re just coming past and went for a walk down the main street itself. It is quite good staying at the motel was nice and comfortable and thank you to the staff for looking after us
