Terms & Conditions
By booking accommodation at Windsor Riverview Inn, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Bookings & Payments
- All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card.
- A $100 cash deposit is required upon check-in if no credit card is provided.
- Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise arranged.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Standard bookings require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellation; otherwise, a one-night charge applies.
- Group bookings require at least one month’s notice for cancellation; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited.
- No-shows will be charged one night’s accommodation unless prior cancellation is made within the required notice period.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests must present a valid photo ID and payment upon arrival.
4. Late Check-In Policy
- A penalty applies for late check-ins unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Guests arriving after reception hours must contact the motel in advance to arrange key collection.
5. Occupancy & Room Conditions
- Room rates are based on the number of guests specified at the time of booking.
- No extra guests are allowed unless approved by management.
- No smoking is allowed inside the rooms. A cleaning fee will apply for smoking in non-smoking areas.
- No pets are permitted on the premises unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Damage & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage to property caused by themselves or their visitors.
- Windsor Riverview Inn is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
- Any damage or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.
7. Facilities & Services
- Free Wi-Fi and parking are available for guests.
- Guests are expected to respect other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Housekeeping services are provided daily unless otherwise arranged.
8. Privacy Policy
- Guest information is kept confidential and used only for booking and marketing purposes as per our Privacy Policy.
- By staying at Windsor Riverview Inn, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who does not comply with these policies.
